Service Description
A 60 minute treatment is tailored to focus on more of the body—whether that’s improving performance, preventing injury, or finding relief from chronic tension. We work with you to identify problem areas, address underlying issues, and create a personalised plan for lasting results. Benefits include: -Reduced muscle soreness and stiffness -Improved flexibility and range of motion -Faster recovery from training and injury -Support for posture and injury prevention *Block of 4 must be redeemed within 6 month of the first appointment.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure all mobile massage appointments. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the 50% deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, will result in 100% of the treatment fee being charged. This policy is in place due to travel time, preparation, and limited appointment availability. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding.
